This deliciously thick red satin is one of my favourite fabrics to work with, it's so sensual and gives a classy look and feel to the bags it lines. I've added a few new photos to the random designs album and given a good overhaul to the knitted bags...

another random design F resh and summery, very clean white (100% cotton so easily washable!) outer shell with hand top stitching detail. The lining and strap were reclaimed from a vintage gingham dress very similar to this one .
More randomness... This very large (46cm x 35cm) beach bag has a long strap to sling across the body. Could be filled with clothes to be used as a pillow.
Redimensioned for a smaller person, this "Big Bag" is 30 cm high and 34cm at its widest part.
In a former life (before the love affair with my Riccar Exelsior 1969 sewing machine) I used to knit. Yarn and wool are still very inspiring and I love the clickety clack of the needles, but knitting projects just don't go quickly enough for me. You can...
